Strengthening International Cooperation through the Student Exchange Program with Kyoto University, Japan

From August 6 to 15, 2025, the University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University, had the honor of welcoming 15 staff members and students from Kyoto University, Japan, as part of the annual Student Exchange Program. This meaningful activity plays an important role in fostering and expanding the strong partnership between the two universities.
Strengthening International Cooperation through the Student Exchange Program with Kyoto University, Japan

During the program, students from both institutions engaged in a variety of enriching learning and cultural experiences. The delegation visited research sites of the University of Agriculture and Forestry and Kyoto University in A Luoi and Dan Dien; explored Vietnam’s history and the Vietnam War through a trip to historical sites in the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) in Quang Tri Province. In addition, participants had the opportunity to discover the cultural beauty and daily life of Hue’s local people, as well as to connect and exchange with students from Hue University.

The program concluded in a warm and friendly atmosphere, leaving lasting impressions and cherished memories for all participants. Certificates of completion were awarded to the students, marking a successful milestone in the collaboration between the two universities and paving the way for more academic exchange opportunities in the future.
