The visiting SUNFIELD delegation included Mr. Hino Katsuhito – Legal Representative of the Association, Mr. Tamai Toshihisa – Association Advisor, Mr. Hamaguchi Kure – Representative Director of Shikoku Kure Joint Stock Company, and representatives from the Vietnam-Japan Exchange Center in Hue City.
On the HUAF side, the meeting was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thanh Duc –Rector; Prof. Dr. Le Dinh Phung –Vice Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Huu Ty – Head of the Office of Science, International Cooperation, and Library; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Duc – Head of the Office of Training and Student Affairs, along with other university staff.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thanh Duc – HUAF's Rector, delivered a speech
During the session, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thanh Duc expressed the university’s pleasure in welcoming the SUNFIELD delegation and shared his hope that the two sides would engage in extensive cooperation in the field of human resource exchange. In particular, he highlighted the potential for opening up direct opportunities for students who wish to work in Japan after graduation, allowing them to apply directly to authorized organizations without going through intermediaries.

In response to the warm welcome from HUAF, Mr. Hino Katsuhito – Legal Representative of the SUNFIELD Human Resource Development Association – expressed his joy in visiting the university. He also hoped that this meeting would serve as an important foundation for exploring opportunities and developing collaborative programs between the two sides.
Following the meeting, both parties will continue discussions toward signing a memorandum of understanding in the near future.
