During the discussion session, chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huu Van, participants reviewed both the strengths and challenges encountered during implementation and proposed several measures to further enhance the program. These included strengthening communication and outreach activities, broadening recruitment criteria and target applicants, increasing the number of admission rounds and consultation sessions, and providing greater support for students throughout the application and study process. These efforts are expected to improve students' opportunities to complete the program successfully and pursue doctoral studies through scholarship opportunities after graduation.
Conference participants unanimously agreed that this collaborative program has further strengthened the reputation and quality of master's education at Hue University of Agriculture and Forestry and the University of Sciences – Hue University. More importantly, it has created valuable opportunities for graduate students of both institutions to study in an international academic environment while contributing to the development of highly qualified human resources for Vietnam.
The conference provided an important opportunity for all participating institutions to review the implementation of the program, assess its outcomes, and identify practical measures to further improve the effectiveness and sustainability of this international academic cooperation in the years ahead.
