Seminar on “Connection and Collaboration Program between HUAF – RAID/AVP”

Attending the seminar were representatives from RAID, including Ms. Megan Williams and Dr. Do Mai Chi; representatives from AVP, including Ms. Phan Thanh Hien and Ms. Tran Nga; and representatives from HUAF, including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huu Van – Vice Rector, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Huu Ty – Head of the Office of Science, International Cooperation and Library, Prof. Dr. Hoang Thi Thai Hoa – Dean of the Faculty of Agronomy, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thi Hoa Sen – Dean of the Faculty of Rural Development, Dr. Nguyen Hai Quan – Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Animal Science, and Dr. Nguyen Van Binh – Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Natural Resources and Environment. The seminar also welcomed master’s and doctoral students from various universities as well as young researchers and lecturers with shared academic interests.

 Overview of the Seminar

During the seminar, participants presented and discussed their key research findings, fostering academic exchange and exploring opportunities for networking, research collaboration, and student exchange programs.

As part of the program, on August 26, 2025, the delegation conducted a field trip to visit agricultural production models in Hue City, including a cattle farm in Phong Thai and crop cultivation models in Dan Dien Commune, Hue City.

Through continued collaboration with international partners, Hue University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University, reaffirms its pioneering role in agricultural education and research for sustainable development.
