Representing HUAF at the meeting were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thanh Duc – Rector, leaders of the Office of Science, International Cooperation and Information–Library, the Office of Training and Student Affairs, representatives of academic faculties, along with staff members and lecturers who are alumni and former doctoral candidates having studied and conducted research in the Republic of Korea.

The delegation from Busan Digital University was led by Prof. Choi Weonil – President, accompanied by Prof. Song Jongwon – Director of the International Exchange Center, together with other senior administrators and representatives of affiliated units.
During the working session, both sides introduced their institutions, highlighting their training and research capacities, development potential, priority areas, and strategic orientations in the coming period. In a spirit of openness, cooperation, and mutual development, the two universities exchanged views and discussed potential areas of collaboration aligned with their respective strengths and needs.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University and Busan Digital University officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), focusing on the following key areas of cooperation:
• Educational and training programs aimed at enhancing online learning capacity (e-learning);
• Cooperation in the co-production and delivery of digital learning content;
• Development of online education methodologies and new academic programs/majors;
• Collaboration in implementing joint-degree or dual-degree programs;
• Student and faculty exchange programs;
• Cooperation in Korean language education, including the development and implementation of joint programs, teacher training, and digital teaching content development;
• Vocational training programs and cooperation related to certification;
• Technical cooperation in online learning infrastructure and platforms;
• Other areas of cooperation based on mutual interests.
This cooperation agreement is expected to open up new opportunities in education, research, and digital transformation, thereby contributing to the internationalization efforts and the enhancement of training quality at the University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University in the coming years.
