In his remarks, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thanh Duc reaffirmed the University's commitment to working closely with the Company to develop specialized training programs, expand internship opportunities, promote applied research, and facilitate the transfer of science and technology in response to practical industry needs.
During the meeting, the two parties discussed several key areas of cooperation, including the training of high-quality human resources, applied research, technology transfer, professional consultancy, and strengthening university–industry collaboration in modern agriculture and forestry.

As part of the visit, the delegation toured the Company's rubber plantations and the Stoung Latex Processing Factory to gain a better understanding of its production system, technical management practices, and development strategies for the coming years.
During the program, the two parties exchanged commemorative gifts as a symbol of their strong and enduring partnership. On this occasion, HUAF alumni currently working at the Company presented scholarships to support HUAF students from disadvantaged backgrounds who have demonstrated outstanding academic performance and perseverance.

Currently, 17 HUAF alumni are employed by Chu Se – Kampong Thom Rubber Joint Stock Company, with many holding key managerial and technical positions. Their achievements reflect the quality of the University's education and the effectiveness of its collaboration with industry in linking academic training with practical production.
The close partnership between HUAF and the Company is expected to create further opportunities for cooperation in education, recruitment, and the development of highly qualified human resources, thereby contributing to the sustainable development of agriculture in the context of international integration.
