At the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huu Van expressed his gratitude to the Finnish delegation and expressed his hope that in the future, the university’s staff and students would have more opportunities for cooperation and support from Finnish partners. Mr. Karppinen, who has over 10 years of collaboration with Vietnamese partners, has participated in many activities with CCCSC and the university. During this trip to Vietnam, Mr. Karppinen, along with his family and friends, used personal funds to donate four gifts to four students from the Faculty of Forestry and the Faculty of Veterinary and Animal Science. The students selected are those who come from disadvantaged backgrounds, have overcome challenges in their studies, and achieved excellent academic results.
The Finnish delegation is accompanied by a farming family, who, during this visit, expressed their interest in offering future work opportunities to HUAF students. This presents an excellent opportunity for graduates seeking to gain professional experience abroad in their respective fields of study.
