For six consecutive years, the competition has been a flagship activity aimed at enhancing professional skills, enabling students to experience real-world engineering tasks, and equipping them to meet industry demands. It is also the only mechanical engineering skills competition organized by a university-level training institution in Hue and the Central Highlands – Central Vietnam region.

This year’s competition brought together 32 teams, with participation from students across all cohorts. It provided first-year students with early exposure to hands-on practice, as well as opportunities to exchange experiences and learn from senior students.
Winning the First Prize, Team 29, represented by student Lai Van Quy (Mechanical Engineering Technology, Class 59A), shared: “Participating in the competition from our very first semester has helped us gain a clearer understanding of the profession and receive valuable support and guidance from senior students for our future studies.”
The successful conclusion of the competition once again affirmed the quality of practical training offered by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Technology. In early 2026, the Faculty plans to organize an Interdisciplinary Football Tournament between Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics, promising to continue providing beneficial extracurricular activities for students.
