The meeting aimed to establish a sustainable partnership, share strengths, and maximize each party’s resources in fulfilling their professional missions; at the same time, to promote training, consultancy, research, and the transfer of science and technology in service of shared development goals. The cooperation also contributes to aligning university education with practical employment needs, moving toward early and long-term recruitment models for students.
Attending the meeting on behalf of the Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center were Mr. Vo Nguyen Chuong – Director; Mr. Nguyen Minh Nam – Deputy Director; Mr. Nguyen Quang Vinh – Chief of Office; Mr. Tran Ba Thanh – Head of the Auction and Land Pricing Division; Mr. Nguyen Dinh Loc – Head of the Compensation, Site Clearance, and Surveying Division; Mr. Phan Anh Thinh – Head of the Land Fund Management and Development Division, along with representatives of relevant professional departments.

Representing HUAF were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thanh Duc – Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Duc – Head of the Office of Training and Student Affairs; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huu Ngu – Head of the Faculty of Natural Resources and Agricultural Environment, together with related staff and specialists.
In an open and cooperative atmosphere, leaders of both sides presented an overview of their functions, mandates, strengths, and notable achievements in training, research, management, and land fund development. Based on this, the two parties agreed to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) focusing on the following key areas:
- Cooperation in education and human resource development; support for student internships, recruitment, and capacity-building training.
- Cooperation in research, science and technology transfer, and digital transformation; promoting the application of digital transformation in land fund management and development.
- Cooperation in specialized scientific and technological consultancy; enhancing the effectiveness of professional activities in response to practical needs.
Signing of the cooperation agreement between the two parties
The signing of this cooperation agreement is expected to open up numerous opportunities for in-depth collaboration in the coming period, strengthening the linkage between the university and practical agencies, and contributing to improving the quality of human resource training in the fields of land resources, environment, and land fund development.
