University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University Signs Cooperation Agreement with U&I Agriculture Joint Stock Company (Unifarm)
On December 9, 2025, the University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University (HUAF) organized a cooperation signing ceremony with U&I Agriculture Joint Stock Company (Unifarm). The program also included scholarship awards and recruitment interviews for students of the Faculty of Agronomy.
Representing Unifarm at the ceremony were Ms. Huynh Thi Tuyet Huong – Deputy General Director; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quynh – Assistant to the General Director; and Ms. Le Thi Trang Nha – Technical Director. Representing the University of Agriculture and Forestry were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thanh Duc – Rector; Prof. Dr. Hoang Thi Thai Hoa – Dean of the Faculty of Agronomy; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dinh Thi – Vice Dean of the Faculty of Agronomy, along with 25 scholarship-recipient students.

In parallel, Unifarm representatives conducted on-site recruitment interviews for positions such as agricultural engineers, crop production engineers, and operational staff for the company’s high-tech farms. This activity provided students with valuable opportunities to access the labor market, better understand industry needs, and shape their career paths while still pursuing their studies at the University.
The ceremony marked an important milestone in the cooperative relationship between the University and Unifarm—one of Vietnam’s leading enterprises in high-tech agriculture. Both parties agreed to strengthen collaboration in education and training, scientific research, internships, and the recruitment of high-quality human resources.
Within the framework of the program, Unifarm awarded 25 scholarships with a total value of VND 50 million to outstanding students from the Faculty of Agronomy who demonstrated strong academic performance and faced financial difficulties. These meaningful scholarships not only encouraged students’ learning and research efforts but also supported their career development, reflecting the company’s strong commitment to nurturing future agricultural professionals.
