Production of avocado oil is one of three products of the research project "Technical measures for post-harvest preservation and processing of avocado powder and avocado oil in Quang Tri" by Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Van Toan and a research team from the Faculty of Mechanics and Technology, University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University (HUAF) and Quang Tri Department of Science and Technology coordinated to implement.

On March 11, 2021, HUAF and People's Committee of Hong Ha Commune, A Luoi District, Thua Thien Hue Province participated in the online signing ceremony of the Project in the Grant Program of the Government of Japan.
HUAF tries its best to become as the prestigious university. Additionally, HUAF always makes great efforts in training to provide localities and enterprises with qualified human resources. It is highly appreciated as a good center in science and technology to contribute the development of socio- economics to the whole country in integration tendency.
