The HUAF delegation included Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Huu Ty – Head of the Department of Science, International Cooperation, and Library Information; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dinh Van Dung – Dean of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine; along with faculty members from the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, the Faculty of Agronomy, and exchange students.
Kalasin University, Thailand, is a long-standing partner of HUAF in faculty and student exchange, training, and scientific research. This MoU aims to promote, support, and coordinate cooperation in agricultural academic fields, creating opportunities for international student and researcher exchanges, as well as developing joint training programs to effectively enhance educational quality in the future.
In the coming period, both universities will implement the MoU through practical activities. The first initiative is a student exchange program, in which HUAF will send students to Kalasin University for academic and cultural exchanges. This program will provide students with international experiences, helping them adapt to global environments and access modern laboratory equipment. Additionally, credit transfer programs will be introduced to offer students more opportunities to study in an international and advanced educational setting. Research teams from both institutions will collaborate on joint projects to enhance international publications and practical applications, leveraging the strengths of both Vietnam and Thailand.
