Representing VFAEA were Dr. Ha Thuy Hanh, Vice Rector of the Association, and Ms. Pham Chi Lan, former Vice Chair of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), senior economist, and former member of the Prime Minister's Economic Advisory Group. Representing HUAF were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thanh Duc, Rector of the University; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huu Van, Vice Rector; leaders of the University's faculties and administrative offices; and heads of the University's outstanding research groups at both Hue University and institutional levels.

The Vietnam Farm and Agribusiness Association (VFAEA) is a professional organization representing farms and agribusiness enterprises across Vietnam. The Association also serves as a bridge connecting the business community with research institutions and universities to promote collaborative research, technology transfer, and human resource development in support of sustainable agricultural and rural development.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed potential areas of cooperation, focusing on strengthening scientific research closely linked to practical agricultural production, improving the quality of education and training for the agricultural and rural development sectors, and enhancing collaboration between the University and businesses to provide students with more internship and employment opportunities.

In his remarks, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thanh Duc, Rector of HUAF, emphasized the University's commitment to expanding partnerships with professional organizations and enterprises to enhance the quality of education, scientific research, and technology transfer.

Also addressing the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huu Van, Vice Rector of HUAF, reaffirmed the University's commitment to expanding collaborative activities with VFAEA in research, education, and technology transfer.
Both parties expressed their desire to establish a long-term and sustainable partnership by leveraging their respective strengths to contribute to the modernization, efficiency, and sustainable development of Vietnam's agricultural sector.
