The Freshmen K53 of Applied Biology visited to Tien Phong Forestry Co., Ltd. and C.P Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company

On August 21, 2019, the Faculty of Fundamental Sciences, University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University (HUAF) organized a field trip for the Freshmen (K53) of Applied Biology. This is an activity to help new students better understand the reality and career as well as training programs during the course. Some lecturers of the faculty participated in the field trip.

Workshop on Connecting businesses in training and recruiting of fisheries

On April 20th 2019, the Faculty of Fisheries, University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University (HUAF) in collaboration with the sponsors organized the workshop aiming at Enhancing cooperation between the Faculty and Enterprises in developing the suitable training programs; Building a strong relationship between HUAF and Enterprises to improve the quality of training and create job opportunities for students after graduation; Combining with organizations, businesses and high schools in promoting the specialization of fishery to high schools in the region.

Students of Ubon Ratchathani University, Thailand kept participating in the student exchange program 2018

From June 12th to July 12th, 2018, 09 the second year students of Ubon Ratchathani University, Thailand, including the Faculty of Animal Sciences and Veterinary Medicine and the Faculty of Engineering and Food Technology, participated in the student exchange program at HUAF.

The international workshop on “Land-use/Land-cover management with respect to ecosystem services”

At Hue University of Agriculture and Forestry (HUAF), the Faculty of Land Resources and Agricultural Environment of HUAF organized an opening ceremony of the international workshop funded by German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). The workshop will be a forum to discuss issues related to land use and land cover management in many different Asian countries. In addition, it is the basis of exchanging experiences and creates the connection among international scientists.

HUAF tries its best to become as the prestigious university. Additionally, HUAF always makes great efforts in training to provide localities and enterprises with qualified human resources. It is highly appreciated as a good center in science and technology to contribute the development of socio- economics to the whole country in integration tendency.
