HUAF has won many prizes in the 8th Thua Thien Hue Creative Technology Competition in 2017
On November 18, 2017, the Awarding ceremony of the 8th Thua Thien Hue Creative Technology Contest in 2017 was organized at Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy. Accordingly, HUAF has won many prizes including 02 second prizes, 03 third prizes and 01 consolation prize:
The second prizes belonged to:
- Boka - Tricho biological insecticide of pepper by authors: Tran Thi Thu Ha, Hoang Thi Hong Que, Truong Thi Bich Phuong, Nguyen Vinh Truong, Le Thi Thuy Hang.
- Improve rice productivity in acid soil to adapt to climate change in Thua Thien Hue province by Hoang Thi Thai Hoa, Nguyen Quang Co, Do Dinh Thuc, Ho Tan Duc, Hoang Trong Khang.
The third prizes were granted for:
- The process of production of fermented yeasts for hydrolysis of fish waste as fertilizer for plants by Nguyen Hien Trang, Tran Thi Thu Ha, Nguyen Thi Thuy Tien, Nguyen Cao Cuong and Nguyen Quang Co.
- Land slide risk assessment to improve the effectiveness of land use planning: Case study in A Luoi district, Thua Thien Hue province by Nguyen Hoang Khanh Linh, Nguyen Bich Ngoc, Le Ngoc Phu Quoc, Duong Quoc Non.
- High-tech agricultural controllers by Nguyen Van Quy, Le Hai Dang, Le Thi Thu Thao, Vu Tuan Minh.
And the consolation prize was awarded for the team (Le Dinh Phung, Phung Thang Long, Le Thi Lan Phuong, Le Duc Thao, Hoang Ngoc Hao) with the research: Using the final PIC with F1 sows (Landrace x Yorkshire) to improve productivity and quality of industrial pigs in Thua Thien Hue.
