HUAF Achieves Outstanding Results at the 2nd Hue University Innovation Solutions Competition 2026
At the Final Round of the 2nd Hue University Innovation Solutions Competition 2026, research teams from the University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University (HUAF) achieved outstanding results, winning several top awards and demonstrating the University's strong capacity for research, innovation, and the practical application of science and technology.
Among the highlights, the project "HUAF Green – Production and Commercialization of Organic Fertilizer from Rice Straw and Agricultural By-products Based on Circular and Low-Emission Agriculture" won the First Prize. The project promotes green agriculture by advancing the circular economy, making effective use of agricultural by-products, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and contributing to sustainable development. The project team consists of M.Sc. Tran Vo Van May (Team Leader), Prof. Hoang Thi Thai Hoa, Assoc. Prof. Do Minh Cuong, Dr. Ve Quoc Linh, and M.Sc. Nguyen Thi Ngoc.

In addition, the project "An Online Examination Question Bank Management System Aligned with Outcome-Based Education" received the Second Prize. The solution contributes to the modernization of examination question bank management, supports digital transformation in higher education, and enhances assessment quality in accordance with learning outcomes. The project team includes M.Sc. Dang Van Vinh (Team Leader), Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Van Duc, Dr. Khuong Anh Son, M.Sc. Chau Vo Trung Thong, and M.Sc. Nguyen Thi Huong Giang.

In addition to these two award-winning projects, HUAF had another project selected for the Final Round, which received an Encouragement Prize, further demonstrating the quality and practical value of innovative ideas developed by the University's academic staff.
