Working with Professor Jean-Michel BALEYNAUD, University of Toulouse III (France)

At the meeting, Prof. Jean-Michel BALEYNAUD, University of Toulouse III (France) briefly introduced the proposed international cooperation program in the field of education such as: cross-border approach; Cooperation on innovation and exchange of good practice- capacity building ... This is one of the contents of MAENSEA project coordinated by the University of Toulouse III (France). The project will consist of 5 universities in Europe and Southeast Asia. The purpose of the project is to promote collaborative work to improve sustainable energy management in construction and transportation through higher education. Accordingly, HUAF will be one of the partner universities proposed to implement this international cooperation project.

HUAF and Toulouse III University exchanged and discussed the proposal of other potential international partners, policies, budgets, and so on. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Van An highly appreciated this interesting and potential project so that HUAF could cooperate and develop in training and research as well as in related fields to the project.
