On 7th of May 2016, Job Fair 2016 was taken place in HUAF. This is the third time that HUAF has held this big event. There are 32 companies in the whole country joined together. They play vital roles in discovering potential candidates for their companies.

On 26th April 2016, the closing ceremony of Traditional Student Football competition “VIETCOMBANK CUP 2016” in 2016 was held in Uyen Phuong sporting event hall (150 Nguyen Trai street, Hue city), sponsored by Vietcombank.

The HUAF team of 04 students who are studying at Faculty of Engineering and Food Technology won 02 prizes at the Vietnam Mathematical Olympiad (VMO) competition held in Quy Nhon University, Binh Dinh province from April 11 to 17.The Hue University of Agriculture and Forestry (HUAF) team led by Mr. Nguyen Duc Hong who is the lecturer of Faculty of Basic Science.

On 25th March, the Delegation including 35 members who are staffs, officers and students of Future Farmer Organization of Thailand paid a visit to Hue University of Agriculture and Forestry (HUAF), Vietnam. Assoc.Prof.Dr Phung Thang Long-Vice Rector of HUAF hosted the meeting.
HUAF tries its best to become as the prestigious university. Additionally, HUAF always makes great efforts in training to provide localities and enterprises with qualified human resources. It is highly appreciated as a good center in science and technology to contribute the development of socio- economics to the whole country in integration tendency.
