Research on preservation and development of A Rieu chilli for goods production in Dong Giang district, Quang Nam province

In order to preserve and develop indigenous chilli in Dong Giang district, Quang Nam province, in April, 2018, University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University (HUAF) in collaboration with Department of Economic Infrastructure of Dong Giang district, Department of Science and Technology of Quang Nam province has implemented the topic of Science and Technology at the provincial level: Research on preservation and development of A Rieu chilli for goods production in Dong Giang district, Quang Nam province.
According to Dr. Nguyen Van Duc- Lecturer of HUAF – Host of the project, it is necessary to do a professional and systematic research to preserve and develop A Rieu chilli in the direction of commodity, improve income for Co Tu people.

Currently, due to the increased demands, the cooperative has done the research on A Rieu chilli so as to serve people in the organic farming on the upland area.
