The delegation of Future Farmers Organization, Thailand visited HUAF

On 10th of September, the delegation of Future Farmers Organization, Thailand, included 60 members paid a working visit to Hue University of Agriculture and Forestry (HUAF). Dr. Pham Huu Ty who is the Head of Science, Technology and International Co-operation of HUAF hosted the meeting.

At the meeting, Dr. Pham Huu Ty said that HUAF had had good collaboration with Thai universities and institutes during the time. Annually, HUAF had exchange programs such as staffs and students exchange between HUAF and some of Thai universities. Especially, HUAF had a lot of strategies so as to integrate into ASEAN communities in fields of training and scientific research on agriculture. Typically, HUAF had collaborated with ASEAN universities (especially in Laos, Thailand and Cambodia) in resources management of Mekong regions through the project of ASEAN community. After that, Dr. Pham Huu Ty hoped that HUAF would keep broadening international relations, developing with other Thai Universities in near future.

Then, the representative of Future Farmers Organization, Thailand expressed his deep thanks to the leaders of HUAF because of their warm welcome. He said that this was a good occasion for both sides to share and find out information to each other through their visit.

At the end of the meeting, the delegation of Future Farmers Organization, Thailand visited around HUAF campus.
