REACT International training course at Royal University of Agriculture, Cambodia (RUA) - "Finding financial resources for climate change activities at tertiary education institutions"

The Third International Course on "Finding financial resources for climate change activities at tertiary education institutions" had been organized by REACT partners from RUA on July 9th to 11th, 2018. The training course was conducted in the framework the Capacity Building for Higher Education project (REACT) funded by the Erasmus+ programme.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Professor Ngo Bunthan- Rector of RUA, and Dr. Roberto Escarre, Head of International Project Management Department, University of Alicante, Spain, talked about climate change in developed countries and the role of universities of these countries in climate change activities.
Main topics of the training course included:
- Providing information on current aids from the European Union for research in general and climate change in particular;
- Training on how to write international project proposals for research in general and on climate change in particular to reduce dependence on State budget resources.
The training course was conducted in the methods of theory and practical practice by small groups. The participants commented and discussed on the topics actively.
