Seminar on the International Women's Day (March 8th): Yoga with women's health and beauty

In order to celebrate the 13th Congress of the Trade Union of University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University (HUAF), in the term of 2023-2028 and the 113th International Women's Day (from March 8th 1910 to 2023) as well as contribute to reviewing knowledge and skills in practicing Yoga for staff’s good health in the University, on March 6th, 2023, the Trade Union of University of Agriculture and Forestry in collaboration with the Ashram Yoga Center (Hue city) organized a Seminar on the International Women's Day (March 8th) with the theme "Yoga with women’s health and beauty”.
Attending the Seminar, there were Prof. Dr. Le Dinh Phung – Vice Rector of HUAF; MSc. Le Trong Thuc – President of the Trade Union of HUAF; MSc. Tran Quang Khanh Van – Head of the Females Committee of the Trade Union of HUAF and along with members of Females Committee of the Trade Union, and all female staffs in the University.
To the side of Hue University, Ms. Phan Thi Kim Lien – Head of the Females Committee of the Trade Union of Hue University also attended this Seminar.
With the theme "Yoga with women's health and beauty", the female members in the Trade Union of HUAF listened to the preliminary introduction on Yoga and useful sharing in this theme by the Ashram Yoga Center.
Moreover, the female members were responded questions by the managers of Yoga Center such as the suitable age for practicing yoga, how yoga can help improve our health or practice our mind with yoga and so on.
