HUAF Delegation Visits Partner Enterprises and Training Companies in Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai Province

From July 18 to July 21, 2025, a working delegation from the University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University (HUAF), including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thanh Duc – Rector; Prof. Dr. Le Dinh Phung – Chairman of the University Council; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huu Van – Vice Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dinh Van Dung – Dean of the Faculty of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine (ASVM), together with former faculty leaders and lecturers, conducted a visit and working sessions with partner enterprises and training companies in Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai Province.
The working trip aimed to strengthen the University’s engagement with the business sector, expand its collaboration network in professional training, internships, and student recruitment. Aligned with HUAF’s mission of practice-oriented education, the visit underscored the University’s commitment to accompany the development of the livestock and veterinary industry and to enhance the quality of human resources to meet the needs of society.
On July 18, 2025, the delegation attended the 2025 Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine Symposium, jointly organized by R.E.P Biotechnology JSC, Innovad Group, and Biofix Bresh Company. The symposium gathered scientists, industry representatives, and technical experts to discuss new technological trends, microbiological and nutritional solutions, vaccines, and circular livestock models. The event provided valuable insights to guide the University’s training and research strategies.
On July 19, 2025, the delegation visited CPV Food Binh Phuoc Factory, a subsidiary of CP Vietnam Corporation – a modern food processing model operating under a closed value chain of “From Farm to Table.” The meeting was an opportunity for the parties to exchange experiences and explore cooperation in training, research, and student recruitment.

As part of the trip, the delegation also attended the 9th Southern Alumni Reunion in Dong Nai. The warm and emotional gathering reflected the deep connection between generations of teachers and students. On this occasion, the ASVM Alumni Association awarded the “Wings of Dreams Scholarship Fund” worth VND 20 million to support current students of the Faculty.
Concluding the trip, on July 21, 2025, the delegation held a meeting with DNT Vietnam Investment Co., Ltd. to discuss potential cooperation programs in training, internships, and scientific research, aimed at developing high-quality human resources for the sector in the context of digital transformation.
