BRIEF INFORMATION
The Department of Testing and Educational Quality Assurance of Hue University College of Agriculture and Forestry was established as a section of the Department of Higher Education in 2005. Since the beginning of the Rector chair term of 1999-2014 it was re-built by Hue University President to be a new Management Department of the University College.
Now, from January 2015, the Department’s cadres are five persons, from whom the head is Dr. Pham Hong Son, a Veterinary Associate Professor, his vice is Dr. Nguyen Van Duc, an instructor and scientist in the field of Agronomy. The specialists in the fields of the Department’s activities are BA. Vo Thi Thuy Huong, MSc. Tran Phuong Dong and MSc. Chau Vo Trung Thong.
The Department of Testing and Educational Quality Assurance is now responsible mainly for preparing examination question sheets for all the College’s examination sessions, managing educational inspections and playing coordinating role in the educational program and higher school self-assessment activities of the University College. Besides, the Department has also the organizer or collaborator of training courses relating to the university assessment.
Though is a newly established, Deparment of Testing and Educational Quality Assurance has much contributed in development of the College as well as Hue University. Therefore, in the year of 2015 it has received Certificate of Merits from Hue University’s President.
